§1 General Provisions

  1. This set of terms and conditions defines the rules for using the website and the conditions for selling the products offered.
  2. Using the website implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

§2 Order Processing and Shipping

  1. All shipments are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.
  2. Order fulfillment time depends on the dimensions of the shipment, particularly whether the shipment is made:
    • as a pallet shipment,
    • as a standard/smaller shipment.
  3. The Seller is not responsible for delays resulting from the courier company's operations or other events beyond the Seller's control.

§3 Returns and Complaints

  1. Return parcels sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.
  2. Returns of goods are possible only after prior arrangement with the Seller.
  3. Electronic parts are not subject to return due to the specific nature of the product.
  4. Complaints should be submitted via email or phone with a description of the problem and photographic documentation (if applicable).
  5. The Seller will process the complaint within 14 business days.

§4 Liability

  1. The Seller does not lend parts for diagnostic or testing purposes.
  2. The Seller does not cover the costs of incorrect diagnoses made by mechanics, service centers, or third parties.
  3. The Customer makes purchases at their own risk, ensuring beforehand the compatibility of the parts with the vehicle or device.

§5 Final Provisions

  1. The Seller reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
  2. Changes to the terms and conditions are effective from the moment they are published on the website.
  3. In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
